We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the nearby mountains visible from our room's window. the authentic medieval design made us feel like we were characters in a historical fantasy movie. the friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. the spa facilities were the perfect end to our long days. the only drawback was the limited vegetarian options available at the restaurant. we were impressed with the facilities, the location, and the incredible history of this unique place.

We had a superb stay at Chateau Grandcastle! The staff gave us a warm welcome and even provided an amazing introduction to the hotel. We were thrilled with a free upgraded room, a delightful surprise. The lunch and dinner options were great and we enjoyed dining on the terrace. The location, with the creek behind the castle, added to the charm. The overall feeling of staying in such a historic place with beautiful decorations and furniture made our stay truly special. We also appreciated Dio, who played with us and especially with my daughter.

The hotel exceeds expectations, offering a picturesque view and being located near key local attractions. The staff is incredibly helpful and meets all your needs with a smile. The shower in the rooms is incredible, the perfect way to relax after a long city day. The breakfast ticks all the boxes too, with a wide selection of hearty dishes.

During my stay, it felt like the hotel had understaffed. I had to operate the sauna and jacuzzi myself in the wellness area, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Despite my Xmas stay at this hotel not being ideal, there were a few things I enjoyed. the staff were always polite and willing to help. the hotel's location was convenient and easy to find. It was also nice that there was a spa where guests could relax.
